More importantly, we’re there at your place of business, where we can make recommendations and suggestions to help your organization become more efficient in bookkeeping, or simply let us do the work for you.

Q: Are there any limitations since you don’t have an office?

A: No. In fact, we offer greater flexibility and more structure for our clients. We set up regular visits to your site that are dependable and reliable. That minimizes any disruption to your schedule.

Also, since we don’t have high rent and overhead costs we are able to pass the savings along to our clients and provide exceptional services at an affordable price.

Q: How does your rate structure work?

A: We bill strictly on a flat-rate basis. One low monthly charge covers all the agreed upon accounting services, including tax preparation and monthly on-site visits. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs when tax time arrives. This allows you to plan your accounting expenses and budget a set amount each month.

We often respond to questions and issues over the phone in between visits – again, at no extra cost.

Q: Will you teach me to manage my own accounting needs?

A: Absolutely. In fact, we excel in helping business owners and/or employees learn how to manage their own books under our supervision. We are Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisors and work closely with clients of all abilities to help them take on as much, or as little, of their bookkeeping tasks as they desire.
